Wow, I forgot to write a comment, I could have sworn I did.

When I fullviewed this I was pretty amazed at all the details of the mask! The textures and lineart is very impressive and fun to look at. I like the glance of the woman too, because she is looking right through your eyes it seems. The title of this fits, too. The woman is definitely a mesmerizing and strong character.

Since you asked for comment that tell you about things you could improve in this drawing... it's a little hard for me to give a good constructive advice but I'll try! You gave very much details to the mask and eyes of the woman which is great, but everything else seems a little rushed, like an unfinished sketch. Maybe add a higher contrast, or have her clothes have more fabric texture. Also her nose and mouth could show more details because in this drawing they're very faded pale lines in contrast to the eyes.

If you wanted a portrait which only focuses on the mask and eyes, that's alright too! In that case, however, I'd make the tones of the rest of her face (and clothes) less strong so the mask and eyes stand out more. But still clear enough to see the rest of the portrait.
